The Priest Leadership Track is a 12-week intensive formation experience designed specifically for priests who lead — pastors, administrators, ministry directors, formators, and those preparing for leadership roles. This track approaches leadership through a human and spiritual lens, helping priests who are stretched by competing demands, external expectations, or interior fatigue to develop resilience—and ultimately antifragility: the capacity to grow stronger through challenge.
