Being a priest is one of the most challenging vocations today. Not only are you a spiritual father, but you are also a leader to whom the faithful are looking for answers and direction. And let’s be honest…becoming a leader isn’t the primary reason most men feel called to the priesthood.
We understand that the responsibilities and demands of priesthood can oftentimes lead to discouragement, isolation and burnout. Jesus called you to the priesthood, and he wants you to experience fulfillment, support and encouragement in your vocation.
With 20+ years of combined experience working with priests, bishops, seminarians and religious orders, they are convinced that there needs to be an integrated approach to leadership, mental health and spiritual support. Our priests are integrated beings and need tools and resources beyond the average seminary experience to live out a thriving priesthood.
We believe that priests are meant to be happy, healthy and holy.

But the current structure of the Church doesn’t typically foster this culture among a presbyterate. We’re here to help you live a thriving, integrated priesthood.
We provide an integrated approach to ongoing priestly formation incorporating 3 key areas of formation.
Offerings for individual priests include:
- Monthly cohorts/group trainings with other Chrism priests
- One-on-one coaching sessions with a Chrism certified coach
- One-on-one counseling sessions with a Chrism counselor
- Quarterly book discussions with other Chrism priests (brotherhood, support, practical advice)
- Access to our proprietary Integrated Priest Assessment
- Access to our exclusive Interdisciplinary Network
- Access to tools, resources and content from the Chrism network
