Dr. Jim Langley is a husband and father of five boys. In 2010, he co-founded St. Raphael Counseling, a Catholic psychology clinic that provides 20,000 direct hours of clinical care to the laity and clergy of the Archdiocese of Denver. As a cofounder of Chrism, his approach to healing is to collaborate with priests and diocesan leaders to bring true healing of a man’s vocation through tailored plans to grow, addressing their wounds through counseling, human formation, and spiritual conversion.

Matthew Rudolph is a husband and father of four children. In 2015, he joined the founders of Amazing Parish, Pat Lencioni and John Martin, and spent the next 8 years leading coaching and content efforts for nearly 1,000 priests and bishops across the country. He most recently served as Executive Director of Amazing Parish, and recently stepped down to pursue his passion for helping priests integrate human formation, leadership and healing. In co-founding Chrism, he hopes to equip even more clergy with practical skills and confidence so they can become the leaders and spiritual fathers they are called to be.
